Progression

A Structured Journey, Not A Random Class List.

At Red Dragons Pilates, members follow a clear progression pathway designed to build strength, mobility, control and confidence over time.

Unlike many Pilates classes, progression isn't based on attendance alone.

Each stage is achieved through coach sign-off, ensuring members develop the skills, movement quality and confidence needed before progressing.

How Progression Works

Progress Is Earned Through Coach Sign-Off.

At Red Dragons Pilates, progression is not based on attendance alone. Your instructor will assess how you move, how confidently you perform key exercises and whether you are ready for the next stage.

Movement Quality

Control, alignment and coordination.

Strength

Ability to perform and hold key movements.

Mobility

Improved flexibility, range and ease of movement.

Balance

Better stability and body awareness.

Consistency

Regular practice and steady improvement.

Confidence

Feeling stronger and more capable in your body.

Why We Use Progression

Train With Purpose. Improve With Intent.

Most Pilates classes repeat similar sessions week after week. Red Dragons Pilates uses a structured progression system inspired by the coaching principles of Red Dragons Martial Arts, helping members stay motivated, see improvement and train with purpose.

Clear stages help you understand how you are improving.

Train With Purpose

Every class has intent and direction.
